This project involved the construction of a new 3-storey, 50,000 square foot police station with a 2-level, 51,000 square foot parking deck. The build consisted of a partial demolition to the existing facility on site, which was reused and incorporated into the construction of the new facility. This project is LEED® Gold Certified.
