This project involved the construction of a new municipal operations centre adjacent to Ajax’s municipal fire headquarters. The facility accommodates municipal operations for park services, public works, building maintenance and fleet services, and includes amenities like 12 truck bays, a 5 bay truck repair facility, shop facilities, a lunch room, staff lockers, administration offices and an extensive green roof. This is a LEED® Silver Candidate.

The 5.56ha site development accommodates an 100 car staff/public parking, a solar sail for with photovoltaic cells for harnessing of solar polar, a water reclamation system, a secured compound with a truck fueling station, a sand and salt building, a material bunker boxes, an exterior equipment/vehicle storage and an expansive area for seasonal staging.
