Your project constructed on time and on budget.
The traditional process of design-bid-build has been in place for centuries. Under this model, Aquicon undertakes to deliver client projects at a stipulated sum. The general contractor is responsible for managing the respective trades and ensuring the facilities are constructed as per the design documents.
Aquicon’s long — in some cases, multigenerational — relationships with local sub-trades come to the forefront under the Design-Bid-Build model. Second and third generation partnerships mean trades who care and are passionate about the product they deliver. We enjoy superior negotiating power with specialists who are deeply involved, helping us secure better outcomes for our clients.
The Aquicon Advantage
Aquicon’s long-established personal and professional relationships set us apart from our competitors.
After hundreds of projects and over 30 years in business, we have built strong relationships with local sub-trades and suppliers that offer the best service and pricing in the industry. Hands-On From The Ground Up means that our top talent works side by side with subcontractors to schedule and coordinate their work, helping ensure that your project is trouble-free and finished to perfection.

in Successful Projects
We build with integrity, honesty, passion and respect.
Our hands-on approach is what makes Aquicon unique. Every one of our projects benefits from the direct involvement of Daniel and Mario Aquino (president and CEO respectively), who personally ensure a smooth and organized construction effort. Aquicon’s most senior people take the offensive on project difficulties as they arise, keeping even the most complex builds on time and under budget.
As Aquicon has grown over 30 years, we’ve retained our family business ethics. Our senior leadership is involved in every project from the beginning to ensure that challenges are addressed strategically and avoid any downstream issues. Whether we are working on a $10 million or a $100 million project, we apply the same one-of-a-kind approach — full engagement at every level of the company.
“Aquicon management and staff were extremely well organized, forward thinking, solution focused, and clearly dedicated to delivering a successful project. Aquicon maintained excellent communication with the consulting team throughout the project, and they ensured that we were kept informed and engaged throughout the process.”
